Certified welders
As part of the Lloyd's Register approval process all Manson welders have to undergo testing and scrutiny to ensure that they understand the certified techniques, settings and methods so they can surpass Lloyd's Register requirements.
Welders are recertified by Lloyd's Register every three months and constantly monitored in house on an ongoing basis. Anchors have to have welding inspections using dye penetrant tests as part of the final stamping process.
All welding procedures have to have been first certified by Lloyd's Register before work can commence on an anchor. This involves size, type and method of welding.
All of the above means that not only does your product work, it is made as thoroughly as an anchor can be. The peace of mind that results from knowing that each anchor has been made as carefully as can be. Manson takes this responsibility very seriously. |
